WaterRower is the inventor of the rowing machine that uses a technology based on the principle of water resistance and specifically designed to reproduce the physical dynamics of a rowing machine that glides on water. Silent, only the beating of the water is perceptible for a 100% well-being atmosphere.
The Ultimate Exercise: Considered the perfect exercise, rowing is a complete workout. During a session on a WaterRower, about 84% of your muscle mass is working simultaneously. Effective in a minimum of time: the benefits of WaterRower remain unmatched in its ability to burn a maximum of calories and maximize its effort in a reduced exercise time. Up to 1000 cal/hr. The Resistance is self-regulating and the movements performed are fluid, without impact or twisting. It is suitable for all users from beginners to advanced.
The WaterRower is made of solid wood and is available in different wood species. Ash, Stained Ash, Beech, Oak, Cherry and Walnut.

The NOHrD fitness line consists of the NOHrDBike exercise bike, the WaterGrinder arm bike, the TriaTrainer ab bench, the SwingBell dumbbells, the SlimBeam cable machine, the WallBars barbell bench, the WeightBench dumbbell rack, the DumbBells balance board, the NOHrDWall and NOHrDWall Compact fitness solution.
All NOHrD appliances are handcrafted in Germany and available in Ash, Stained Ash, Oak, Beech, Cherry, Walnut.
NOHrDBike
Its design: a solid wood frame and a steel structure, the NOHrDBike is designed to last and to fit perfectly into any environment.
Compact and designed for maximum stability in a minimum space, it occupies a space of less than 1 m2. No connection required to operate the bike. It is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity that transmits the data of the session to the dedicated application.
WaterGrinder
During the sessions on the WaterGrinder, you will work only the muscles of the upper body: the muscles of the arms, shoulders, abdomen and chest, as well as the muscles of the entire back. The only “cardio” machine that only works the upper body muscles. You will simultaneously work on your strength and endurance. Your sessions can be short and intense for power work, or long and more flexible for endurance work, or both.
TriaTrainer
This is a 3-in-1 ab bench with a minimalist and functional design. Versatile, it combines elegance and sturdiness and can be integrated into any environment as a fitness machine for muscle strengthening sessions or as a booster seat in an interior.
SwingBell
The SwingBell are swinging dumbbells made of wood and natural leather. Their unique design combined with the noble materials used in their conception take the user into a new environment: a soft, warm and natural atmosphere for a feeling of well-being during your fitness sessions. SwingTower and SwingBoard are sets of 4 pairs of SwingBell dumbbells (version 1 to 6kg and 2 to 8kg).
SlimBeam
The SlimBeam guarantees all the advantages of traditional cable machines. Its pure lines, fluidity of movement and minimal space requirements will seduce you. Its sleek design fits perfectly into any interior: a hotel, a medical office, a gym or a home.
WallBars
NOHrD’s WallBars have an integrated articulated arm and can be complemented with a variety of accessories that expand the exercise possibilities without losing the clear line of the bar. The WallBars offer many variations for stretching and body weight exercises with different angles.

WeightBench

Water-Me Board
The Eau-Me Board is a patented new generation Freeman board
whose instability is reinforced by a volume of water in movement. The balance is constantly
solicited by its rounded, unstable base and the random movement of water, forcing
the body to react to each inclination.
NOHrDWall Compact
The NOHrDWall Compact is a new fitness concept born from the desire to integrate a complete fitness solution into a living space without distorting it.
The NOHrDWall Compact consists of a cable machine module with SlimBeam weights, a SkiTrainer module, a set of 8 SwingBell dumbbells and a touch screen to follow the fitness sessions of the Virtual Coach.
Its innovative Virtual Coach is specially designed for the NOHrDWall Compact. It is consulted via the touch screen and offers a wide range of fitness sessions adapted to all users.
SprintBok : The treadmill without motor

The Sprintbok is a premium non-motorized treadmill made of wood. It provides a unique running sensation and natural stride indoors.
A natural running sensation, it’s like running in the open air! You alone control the speed with your legs, the minimum and maximum speed are unlimited. The slightly curved running surface gives the SprintBok even more advantages for a natural running experience and feel. Depending on the shift of the center of gravity, the runner can change his pace at any time.
The cushioning is soft and flexible thanks to its wooden slats and rubber cover. A feeling of running outdoors like in a forest and protects your joints.
With the Sprintbok treadmill you will work on your running technique and develop it with for example a forefoot/midfoot landing. It is the natural movement of a race used by the best. The same goes for back and neck posture. The unlimited speed is perfect for split workouts thanks to the ultra fast acceleration and deceleration. You’ll expend more energy and build up your legs more easily!

From internal operations to the handcrafted production of our products in our workshops in Warren, USA and Nordhorn, Germany. The wood in all our products comes only from Appalachian Hardwood certified forests.
WaterRower France : More than 10 years with you
In March 2007, the story of WaterRower France began in a small office/workshop/store of 20m2 in Lezennes in the North of France. Initially a sales office of WaterRower Germany, in less than 9 months, WaterRower France became the exclusive distributor of WaterRower/NOHrD products in France and French speaking countries.
Since then, WaterRower France has become a subsidiary of the WaterRower Group and is now actively involved in the development of new concepts and products, such as the Nohrd Wall project for Swissôtel in Zurich, the development of the hotel market and many other ongoing projects, including the acquisition of the non-motorized Sprintbok treadmill.
